SUPPORT WHITEROCK BRETHREN

On Saturday 10.9.2005 the World witnessed something it hadn't seen for many a year - something in the hearts of many should have happened before Drumcree was ever given biased BBC airtime.

What hear you ask?

Another display of 'oppressed' residents shipped in from various areas being beaten to a pulp, doing a dying fly then laughing when the cameras leave? - no

Another display of disgruntled thugs walking someone elses kid to school for the cameras and then going about the daily routine of butchery? - no

Another display of out & out fabrication/rubbish/propaganda we're used to being drip fed since Mr Blair (and his marital advisor) took command - no

What we saw was the Loyalist communities of Ulster saying NO ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

At some point in everyones life there comes a time when you question how much has been taken away from you and the Whiterock parade was one of those times where you answered your own question.

At some point even the mild mannered see baton charging women on parade as provocation to say the least - where were the cameras at the Mackies gate to see this? Why do we feel the need to use water cannons on the streets of Britain?

Why were three helicopters a spotter plane six water cannons and three earth moving machines deployed? Why 400 military personnel and 2200 PSNI arranged?

These are ORANGEMEN not suicide bombers!

This OTT poorly managed preparation is the sole reason for Loyalism in Ulster to finally rise from it's knees and stand for what our forefathers fought.

The only casualty in all this will be Mr Blair and his mad agenda.

But if thats what it takes..........

FOR GOD & ULSTER - SUPPORT NO 9 DISTRICT BELFAST

On March 12th 2005 - Defenders attended a special meeting at the birthplace of Orangeism - Dan Winters Cottage.

Although this was nearly 2 years ago it still raises discussion in Lodge as was the great weekend had ....

Under the invite and welcome of No 9 District Belfast, we enjoyed the most warmest of atmosphere's. The occasion was marked with a parade around the Shankill beforehand and an evening parade around the Highfield estate ending at Whiterock Orange hall for a.......drink or two!

Several members could not attend due to unforseen circumstances to which the Lodge extends deep sympathy.

Special thanks go to the Crown Defenders FB for a fantastic turnout and really making the weekend great.
